Confederate Flag Day

By admin | April 6, 2007

April is Confederate Flag Month and the Sons of Confederate Veterans will be remembering our ancestors and celebrating our heritage on the grounds of the Arkansas State Capitol at the Confederate Monument.  If you have a Confederate Flag, bring it and wave it proudly.  If you do NOT have one, the Cleburne Camp will be selling them on site.  The ceremony is always a beautiful one and the turn outs are usually great.  Be there by 10:30 am on Saturday, April 7 to hear the reading of the names of the Confederate Veterans from Arkansas.
